Are you a travel agency?

We are not a travel agency! We craft personalized itineraries without financial incentives, based on verifiable data that matches your unique preferences, built with integrity (our core value). Nobody else does what we do.

How do you make money?

In order to cover costs such as collecting data and getting our team on site to ensure accuracy, we assess a fee for the itinerary builder with three options. Please see our pricing page for details.

How are you different from travel agents, trip recommendation sites, and travel marketplaces?

The short answer, we only build itineraries and let objective verifiable data determine the itineraries generated rather than financial incentives. In the travel space there is an ecosystem of financial incentives baked in that determines the information customers get from travel sites and travel advisors. They monetize in a variety of ways such as commissions, listing fees, reservation fees, sponsored placements, and click-based advertising, which drives what travelers see on sites or gets booked by travel advisors. Our approach mitigates introducing bias from financial incentives and provides an accurate itinerary that is in your best interests.

How much time would I expect to spend if I didn't use your itinerary generator?

40 hours is the common amount, but it varies depending on length of travel and ability to navigate multiple data sources effectively. Time is money and depending on your hourly rate, those 40 hours should be used to generate income to pay for your vacation or applied to things in your life that are more important. Additionally, the information you compile during your planning introduces bias and is fraught with inaccuracies.

What if something in my trip changes, can I modify?

Of course! Please contact us and we will work it out together.

Do itineraries include transfers from airports, or ferry ports?

Not at this time. However, we can provide recommendations on transfer options but it may not be instantaneous, just contact us and we will help.

Do you book airfare, lodging, etc.?

We are not involved in booking air travel or lodging, only crafting personalized in country itineraries.

Can I give the itinerary you generate to my travel agent?

Sure!

Do I need to know where I want to go for this to work?

The critical piece of information are your preferences/interests. We can craft personalized itineraries based on what is important to you.

How long does the process take?

The personalized experience flow, where we collect all the pertinent information including your interests, should take less than 10 minutes.

Do you offer itineraries all over the world?

Our current specialization is for travel in Greece. We want to be laser focused and gain expertise, so rather than go broad and shallow, we go deep and narrow, exploring every possible great option for travelers in a given country. Only once we have exhausted our exploration and built out verifiable data sets do we go on to the next country to develop expertise again.

What is the typical length of the itinerary generated?

Itinerary length varies based on length of travel plus interests. The longer the trip and broader the inputs, the more places will be recommended with details that match your interests.

How is the information that you provide different than the free information found online?

There is a stark difference. Depending on the website, lots of information provided is geared toward monetizing based on the recommendation. Also, amenities and proximity to beaches/towns/landmarks are typically exaggerated. Our information is verified by quantifiable objective data along with human audits in the form of site visits. We go to great lengths and expense to ensure that our recommendations are accurate.

Do you accept customer feedback after the trip has been completed?

We welcome customer feedback and even encourage it by providing a gift card or credit to anyone willing to take the time to tell us about their trip. It is an important data point for us that confirms we are on track and helps us do better.

What makes you different from AI chatbots

Accuracy and the human touch are the difference. AI chatbots pull large amounts of data, much of it biased and unverified. In instances of itinerary building, this may lead to bad experiences because the suggestions may be inaccurate. Unlike chatbots, we have our own data that we have verified to ensure objectivity and accuracy, including physical audits.
